چکیده
Aerobic Vaginitis In article number 202203028, Yongbin Mou, Zhaogang Teng, Heng Dong, and co-workers report a Ti3C2 MXene-based nanoplatform (MXP) with high-efficiency near-infrared photothermal conversion immunocompetent loading capacity to form endogenous/exogenous nanovaccines. The combined strategy by using MXPs, as nanoagents immune carriers, activates the DC-based antitumor cascade response significantly eradicate tumors enhance adaptive immunity.

Dendritic Cell Maturation with CpG for Tumor Immunotherapy
Background: Bacterial DNA has immunostimulatory effects on different types of immune cells such as dendritic cells (DCs). Application of DCs as a cellular adjuvant represents a promising approach in the immunotherapy of infectious disease and cancers. Objectives: To investigate the effect of tumor antigen pulsed DCs in the presence of CpG-1826 in treatment of a murine model of cancer. Methods: ...
متن کاملNanovaccines for Cancer Immunotherapy
There are three major types of therapeutic approaches currently available to combat cancer, namely chemotherapy (which utilises small molecule agents to destroy cancer cells), radiotherapy (radio labelled small molecules) and immunotherapy. The immunotherapy is the oldest among them, which dates back to the discovery of a surgeon known as William B. Coley in 1891, who has treated his patients w...
متن کاملeffect of listeria monocytogenes on tumor immunotherapy with dendritic cells
introduction: different microbial compounds can induece maturation of dendritic cells (dcs) into dc1 or dc2 .in the present study, we used tumor antigen pulsed dendritic cell that matured with listeria monocytogenes antigen and cholera toxin (ct) in the treatment of a murin model of cancer. material and methods: tumor cells (wehi-164 balb/c derived fibrosarsoma) were injected subcutaneously to ...

متن کاملMetamaterials: Snapping Mechanical Metamaterials under Tension (Adv. Mater. 39/2015).
By exploiting snap-through instabilities, D. Pasini and co-workers design a damage-tolerant mechanical metamaterial that snaps sequentially under tension, thereby accommodating a very large deformation up to 150%. On page 5931, they describe how the nonlinear mechanical response of the metamaterial can be robustly programmed by tuning the architecture of its unit cell.
